AG Spotlight: Making Magic in Miami

When a UK client asked us to design a high-end incentives program in Miami for 65 sales execs, we kept the surprises coming with classic convertibles, Latin vibes and the iconic Wynwood Walls. 

AG Concept:

Create a WOW experience over four days that captures the vibrant heart of Miami through all five senses. 

Highlights:

  • Outdoor brunch surrounded by the famous Wynwood Graffiti Walls
  • Live mural creation of company logo by Wynwood graffiti artist
  • Artist-guided paint-and-sip session in a private Wynwood art gallery
  • Escort of 30 vintage convertibles with state troopers through the streets of South Beach and Little Havana, Miami’s colorful center of Hispanic culture
  • Private dinner buyout of Little Havana’s legendary music landmark featuring a salsa band and dancers
  • Private guided yacht tour through iconic hotspots including celebrity homes, Star Island and Miami beach
  • Entire weekend documented by a dedicated professional photographer

Why it worked:

AG Program Designer Kelly Colmenares explains, “The element of surprise and delight was key. Our international guests were only told the dress code and what to pack. They were so excited by all the interactive fun in iconic Miami neighborhoods. We had an advance team and group escort for each activity, so the client could relax and enjoy with her guests.”
